It turns out that 1/100 visits to that site send the real form that steals your credit card, but it logs your IP so that on subsequent visits, when you might go back to check, it shows the “good citizen” form. Good luck catching them.

Looks like they’re *trying* to teach people about how the web works!

When you click the “Check if my credit card is stolen button” does it say “It is now!”?
